There are six meeting rooms available for hire on the Fifth Floor (top floor) of MEA House. They are fitted with hearing loops, and radio microphones are available on request. The rooms are equipped with visual presentation equipment (Television, Video, LCD Projector, Smartboard) which can be hired for a small charge.
Access is by wheelchair friendly lifts from Reception and there are three accessible toilets on the Fifth floor, plus small kitchen facilities.
There are 5 dedicated disabled car parking spaces in front of MEA House and a large adjacent public car park.
