Mea House is currently occupied by 16 registered charities and on average there is a turnover of one tenant per year. (The Managing Agent, storeys:ssp, keep a waiting list of any charities interested in rented accommodation.)
The Tenants pay rent and service charge which currently totals: £14.05 sq. ft. + vat, the leases are 9 years with lease breaks at 3yr intervals. Leases were renewed in December 2009.
