Mea House is currently occupied by 16 registered charities and on average there is a turnover of one tenant per year.  (The Managing Agent, storeys:ssp, keep a waiting list of any charities interested in rented accommodation.) 

The Tenants pay rent and service charge which currently totals: £16.09 sq. ft.  the leases are 9 years with lease breaks at 3yr intervals.  Leases are due for renewal in December 2009.  There may be office space available to rent from this date.

The tenancy areas vary from 301 sq. ft. up to 8,600 sq. ft.
