Mea House is currently occupied by 15 registered charities and on average there is a turnover of one tenant per year.  (The Managing Agent, storeys:ssp, keep a waiting list of any charities interested in rented accommodation.) 

The Tenants pay rent and service charge which currently totals: £14.05 sq. ft. + vat, the leases are 9 years with lease breaks at 3yr intervals.  Leases were renewed in December 2009.  There are currently some offices available to rent (from 292sq. ft. upwards).  Please contact our managing agent, Storeys:ssp, on 0191-2068757 (Lauren Young) or 0191-2068734 (Stephen Chapelhow).

The tenancy areas vary from 292 sq. ft. up to 8,600 sq. ft.
